Nothing special 'bout this post, just wanna show my random activity doing food styling to our signature Indonesia fried noodle--Indomie--a couple weeks ago.
So, I've changed the plate, and then made it up more appealing, hehehe...
Now this is a kind of "Indomie Goreng Akhir Bulan in Style" |
At first, I've cooked a sunny side up but frankly it's a bit overcooked. The egg yolk was so pale yellow, not interesting at all. So I've decided to use raw egg yolk. Then I give a little peanut sauce, sliced red chilli and scallion. And voila! This is it, Indomie Goreng Akhir Bulan in Style, hehehe..
Sorry for my bad grammar in english. I dunno why I decided to type this post using english but I enjoyed. And what makes me glad, I can submit posts three days in a row. I hope this good trend can continue, let's see..
